Thank you Mairin Bellack for being a guest speaker. Mairin is the executive director of Downtown Toms River and came to talk to us about the great businesses Downtown as well as the redevelopment. The Township of Toms River has five (5) approved redevelopment plans, one of which is almost built out. Some of the plans include residential units, about 16,00 sq ft of retail which includes a restaurant, coffee shop, fitness center, doggie daycare, and more.
