We had a informative joint presentation from representatives of three organizations working together to help end hunger in Ocean County. Dorothea Bon Jovi from the Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation, Patricia Donahue from People's Pantry and Linda Keenan from the FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties are working together to create the B.E.A.T. Center, which will be a large facility located in Toms River where poor and working families can access food, education and other resources. The Central Ocean Rotary Club is proud to pledge its support for such a great initiative.
